Canine & Feline TCs
Health & Safety
Please follow all staff instructions. Dogs must remain on a lead at all times with a correctly fitted collar or harness. Cats must be in a secure carrier. Owners are responsible for their pet, children, and visitors at all times.
Veterinary Referral
Veterinary consent is required before treatment. Any changes in your pet’s condition must be reported. If a change is identified, treatment may be paused and your pet referred back to your vet.
Treatment Suitability
Please inform us if your pet has been unwell (vomiting/diarrhoea within 24–48 hours), has an open wound, is in season, or has any signs of illness.

Hydrotherapy will not be carried out with open wounds or skin conditions

Bitches in season will not be treated (must be 1 week clear)

Dogs must not be fed a meal within 2 hours of treatment
Vaccinations
Vaccinations must be up to date. If not, a disclaimer will be required and treatment may be declined.
Appointments & Cancellations

48+ hours: no charge
-
12–48 hours: 50% fee
-
<12 hours/no show: full fee
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of appointment. Packages must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
Home Visits
Available case-by-case with a £10 travel fee. A safe, suitable environment must be provided.
Data Protection
Your data is stored securely and only used for treatment and communication purposes.

Equine TCs
Health & Safety
Please follow all instructions during your appointment. Horses must be handled by a competent person at all times, and a responsible adult (owner, rider, or groom) must be present throughout the session.
Horses should be positioned:

In a stable on rubber matting or suitable bedding, or
-
Tied safely on a non-slip surface
Preparation
Horses must be:
-
Clean and mud-free
-
Dry where possible (wet legs are acceptable)
This ensures safe and effective treatment.
Veterinary & Medical Responsibility
Veterinary consent is required prior to treatment.
Please inform us of any changes to your horse’s health, medication, or veterinary advice. If any concerns arise, treatment may be paused and your horse referred back to your vet.
Biosecurity
Horses showing signs of illness (e.g. cough, nasal discharge, temperature) will not be treated.
We do not attend yards with known or suspected cases of:

Strangles
-
EHV
-
Equine Influenza
unless veterinary clearance is provided.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations should be up to date. Unvaccinated horses may be treated with a signed disclaimer.
Appointments
Horses should not be exercised immediately before or after treatment where possible.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Cancellations
